Lead product design for Apollo GraphQL’s developer tools and core experiences. Identify high-leverage opportunities, modernize complex workflows, partner with engineering, establish design standards, contribute to the design system, and own initiatives from concept through launch. The role requires connecting design outcomes to business metrics and independently solving ambiguous problems for technical users, with potential work spanning onboarding, AI agent interfaces, and other product areas.

Own the end-to-end go-to-market enablement strategy for account executives, sales engineers, and customer success managers. Build onboarding, role-based learning paths, product-release readiness, competitive and customer-facing materials, and live training. Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, RevOps, and Field leadership to translate technical concepts into commercial value. Measure ramp time, certification engagement, and field productivity, while integrating AI into content creation, customer insights, coaching, and field workflows.

Build Apollo’s Constellation control plane for enterprise AI agents. Responsibilities include designing API discovery and schema-understanding systems, developing search, ranking, relevance, and query-planning logic, prototyping retrieval algorithms, and building agent orchestration, tool-calling, evaluation, and observability systems. The role involves rapid iteration in an ambiguous R&D environment, customer collaboration, architectural decision-making, and roadmap shaping.
