Senior Audit Manager responsible for leading multiple nonprofit audit engagements from planning through completion, managing budgets and schedules, reviewing staff work, communicating with clients and partners, and developing team members. Reviews junior staff work, collaborates with offshore teams, resolves technical issues, and uses automation and AI-enabled tax tools to improve service delivery.

The Manager, Assurance Services leads multiple audit projects and client engagements, communicates engagement expectations and status, develops client and coworker relationships, supports business development, and coaches staff accountants. The role requires nonprofit accounting expertise, CPA licensure, strong financial statement analysis, leadership, and public accounting experience. Travel is expected 15–20% of the time.

Lead and review complex individual, trust, and small business tax returns; provide tax planning and client consulting; manage engagements, mentor staff, and support strategic tax transformation initiatives.
