Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, S corporations, C corporations, and trusts. Research tax issues, identify planning opportunities, review workpapers, manage engagements, communicate with clients, resolve review comments, and support consulting work. The role also includes mentoring junior staff and collaborating with managers and partners to deliver accurate, high-quality tax services.

Perform audits for private and closely held companies, prepare audit workpapers and financial statements, assemble trial balances, manage engagement schedules, communicate findings, and maintain strong client relationships. The role requires accounting expertise, public accounting experience, proficiency with Excel and CaseWare, and collaboration within audit teams. Travel to client sites may be required. A master's degree, CPA license, and manufacturing or technology specialization are preferred.

Leads business development and client relationship efforts for Aprio’s RaaS Automation practice, including Microsoft partnership management, lead generation, pipeline development, sales strategy, forecasting, KPI reporting, and revenue growth. Builds strategic relationships, coordinates partner and cross-functional activities, develops qualified opportunities, and delivers against sales quotas and firm-wide objectives.
