Senior Audit Manager responsible for leading multiple nonprofit audit engagements from planning through completion, managing budgets and schedules, reviewing staff work, communicating with clients and partners, and developing team members. The role also supports business development and client relationship management. Candidates must have nonprofit accounting expertise, a bachelor’s degree in accounting, CPA licensure, and at least seven years of public accounting experience. Travel is expected 10–15% of the time.

The Tax Manager will oversee tax strategies, manage a team of tax professionals, and provide consulting services to clients on tax-related issues while ensuring compliance with tax laws.

Prepares and reviews federal and state tax returns, primarily for partnerships and flow-through entities. Handles real estate tax matters, multi-state filings, tax research, workpaper review, client communication, and engagement ownership. Reviews junior staff work, collaborates with offshore teams, resolves technical issues, and uses automation and AI-enabled tax tools to improve service delivery.
