Owns the end-to-end redemption and fulfillment pipeline, including vendor SLAs, shipping, exceptions, customer support processes, and cost reconciliation. Manages the product catalog, sourcing, merchandising, pricing, vendor onboarding, and market data integrations. Establishes cross-functional operating rhythms, reporting, decision rights, and scalable processes while building a future fulfillment and merchandising team.

Own lifecycle and retention marketing across email, SMS, and membership communications. Build and optimize Klaviyo flows, segmentation, personalization, testing, campaign calendars, and QA. Manage membership onboarding, churn prevention, win-back, and upgrades while connecting CRM activity to conversion, repeat purchase, retention, reactivation, and LTV. Requires hands-on ecommerce marketing expertise and measurable results.
