Teams at Arcadia (DC)

Drive product marketing and go-to-market strategy across Arcadia’s energy intelligence solutions. Responsibilities include developing buyer personas, segmentation, positioning, packaging, pricing, sales enablement, competitive research, product launches, and roadmap insights. The role partners with sales, product, customer success, engineering, and customers to communicate product value, support adoption, and expand into target markets.

Own Arcadia’s payments product strategy and multi-quarter roadmap, optimizing payment economics, funding, treasury operations, compliance, and platform capabilities. Lead payment metrics, evaluate emerging rails and fintech technologies, manage PSP and processor partnerships, mitigate regulatory risk, and collaborate with engineering, legal, compliance, and customers. The role requires strong payments domain expertise, executive communication, technical acumen, and substantial product management experience.

Own the requirements, architecture, governance, and roadmap for Arcadia’s unified data model. Partner with product, data engineering, analytics, and platform teams to reconcile competing schema needs, define technical requirements and data contracts, drive governance and adoption, and ensure scalability across ingestion, storage, analytics, APIs, and downstream products. The role also requires stakeholder alignment, data quality management, roadmap prioritization, and communication of technical decisions to business and engineering leaders.
