Partner with Operations, Payments, and R&D to reduce cost-per-bill, improve accuracy, define tolerancing and exception rules, and translate automation gains into pricing and margin improvements.

Lead and rebuild Customer Success, Support, and Advisory/Delivery into a product-centric, technical, single-relationship organization. Design and roll out a journey-based customer lifecycle operating model, own retention and health scoring, implement AI-enabled tooling, hire and upskill technical CSMs, define RACI and operating rhythms, and transition energy solutions delivery into a client-facing advisory function.

Build and maintain electricity cost modeling REST APIs and DBT-driven data pipelines. Translate SME requirements into engineering designs, participate in design reviews, improve engineering practices, and deliver scalable analytics and battery performance simulations to inform DER ROI.

Lead company-wide adoption of AI by embedding with teams, mapping workflows, and designing and shipping reusable Claude skills, agents, and automations. Build champion network, codify patterns and playbooks, ensure governance and compliance, and measure adoption and time-saved to scale impactful workflows.

Lead Arcadia's payments strategy and roadmap to optimize payment economics, manage regulatory risk, and oversee fintech vendor partnerships. Own metrics and product initiatives for acceptance cost reduction, payment reconciliation, and customer funding. Collaborate with Legal/Compliance and engineering, scout payment innovations, and drive multi-quarter platform investments to modernize payments.

Lead Arcadia's global marketing organization to build brand authority, drive predictable demand and pipeline, own product positioning and PR, integrate AI into marketing workflows, align marketing with finance and GTM teams, and scale a high-performing remote-first marketing organization.
