Lead design and implementation of global total rewards and People Operations programs, oversee HRIS, compliance, benefits, compensation, equity, and people data. Build and manage a team, partner with Finance/Legal/Executives, adopt AI/automation, run benchmarking and pay equity analysis, and scale systems and processes across multiple regions.

Lead the Processing product to normalize and validate utility bill data, modernize legacy systems, and replace manual workflows with AI-driven extraction and automation. Partner with Operations, Payments, and R&D to reduce cost-per-bill, improve accuracy, define tolerancing and exception rules, and translate automation gains into pricing and margin improvements.
