Leads planning, design, permitting, and delivery of complex stormwater and green infrastructure programs across Seattle and western Washington. Manages multidisciplinary teams, municipal partnerships, stakeholder coordination, budgets, schedules, and quality reviews. Coordinate design, permitting, procurement, construction, and compliance with regulatory and safety requirements. Oversee consultants/contractors, facilitate meetings and reporting, support community outreach, and promote safety and continuous improvement.

Lead enterprise-scale IBM Maximo data migration and transformation workstreams: redesign asset hierarchies, govern master data, define migration frameworks and ETL/ELT architectures, align EAM with ERP/GIS/analytics, advise senior stakeholders, and manage cutover and reconciliation across cloud-based MAS programs.

Lead BIM strategy and quality across design-to-construction projects. Oversee model lifecycle (3D/4D/5D), review contractor models, manage BIM staff and standards, drive automation, and liaise with global BIM leads to ensure compliance and project delivery.

Lead drainage engineering for roadway projects including bridge hydraulic studies, culvert and closed drainage design, pond design, erosion control, construction plans, cost estimates, reports, QC, proposal/marketing support, team mentoring, and management of up to five engineers using specialized hydrologic and hydraulic software.

Lead and deliver technical due diligence and construction monitoring for lender and investor clients. Assess site progress, financial performance, risk, and compliance with loan documentation; manage drawdowns, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, engage clients, and produce specialist risk reports to support investment decisions.

Lead mechanical discipline for federal facility projects from pursuit through construction. Produce IFC design packages, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, mentor junior staff, ensure code and federal standard compliance, develop budgets/proposals, and perform site surveys and data collection.
