Leads planning, design, permitting, and delivery of complex stormwater and green infrastructure programs across Seattle and western Washington. Manages multidisciplinary teams, municipal partnerships, stakeholder coordination, budgets, schedules, and quality reviews. Provides technical expertise in stormwater systems, natural channel design, low-impact development, and nature-based solutions. Mentors staff, supports client relationships and proposals, and contributes to sustainable water resilience and multiyear capital programs.

Develop and apply advanced computational workflows for architecture, urban design, planning, and engineering projects. Build, maintain, and deploy parametric models and interoperable workflows across Rhino/Grasshopper, GIS, and BIM. Collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams, produce presentations and reports, provide training, and extend tools using programming (Python).

Lead end-to-end project management for transit capital projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder engagement. Coordinate design, permitting, procurement, construction, and compliance with regulatory and safety requirements. Oversee consultants/contractors, facilitate meetings and reporting, support community outreach, and promote safety and continuous improvement.
