Provides psychiatric consultations and direct mental health care at a U.S. Naval Hospital in Yokosuka, Japan. Responsibilities include patient care documentation, emergency response, on-call and callback coverage, participation in family advocacy and performance improvement programs, staff training, compliance with military healthcare standards, and operation of clinical information systems. The role requires board certification, recent psychiatry experience, current BLS certification, unrestricted licensure standing, U.S. citizenship, and successful background and suitability checks.

Provide pediatric clinical psychology services (birth–21) including assessment, specialized testing, diagnosis, outpatient psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and inpatient adult consults; produce timely reports; collaborate with military medical, school, and community agencies; comply with DoD/MTF policies and may travel as required.
