Owns end-to-end EDI integration implementations, including requirements analysis, mapping, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and post-production support. The role develops data transformations and integrations across enterprise systems, manages trading partner implementations, ensures production readiness, and collaborates with business and product teams. It also serves as an integration subject matter expert, mentors specialists, and supports standardized, high-quality integration practices.

The role involves developing account management experiences, communicating with customers, providing logistic solutions, and managing operations for Open Deck accounts.
