The Senior Consultant will provide legal and compliance expertise on workforce arrangements, develop guidance materials, and design compliance frameworks for a large technology organization during corporate transactions.

The Budget Manager will lead budgeting processes, develop forecasts, analyze financial trends, partner with department leaders for financial insights, enforce governance standards, and improve budgeting tools and processes.

Lead end-to-end consulting engagements: define client issues, develop hypotheses, manage teams (1–6), deliver data-driven recommendations, handle client relationships, support proposals, and travel occasionally. Role is remote-first, contractor-to-hire, requires minimum 20 hours/week and strong project management, coaching, and communication skills.
