Lead end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy to drive acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion. Manage and coach a team of three, build scalable segmented and personalized programs using experimentation, partner with Ops, Product, Sales, and Data to ensure measurement and data integrity, and present performance and recommendations to leadership to drive measurable revenue impact.

Serve as a strategic and hands-on HR partner to Product, Design, and Engineering leaders: advise senior executives, lead talent and org design, drive change and engagement, manage complex employee relations, and improve People systems and practices to build high-performing teams across the employee lifecycle.
