Support NAVFAC program tracking and performance analysis by developing KPI and financial metrics, dashboards (Power BI, Excel), schedule and budget tracking, project status reporting, and briefing materials. Coordinate with project teams to deliver data-driven recommendations for government stakeholders.

Provide design technical support for HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems on large federal construction and renovation projects. Review designs, calculations, RFIs, and submittals for DoD UFC compliance, evaluate HVAC system options, coordinate with multi-discipline teams, prepare technical reports, and support project status reporting.

Support NSWC Philadelphia Division Code 314 Technical Manuals using Microsoft Office and Outlook, Adobe Acrobat Pro for PDF editing/review, and Navy systems (Remedy, Navy ERP). Work independently or on a team with minimal instruction and perform duties remotely while adhering to government and company ethics.
