Processes homeowner insurance documents accurately and on schedule for financial institution clients. Identifies policy types, updates client databases, makes escrow-funded premium payments, verifies information with agents and carriers, and manages competing priorities. The role requires meeting quality and regulatory standards, resolving issues using sound judgment, communicating professionally, coordinating work handoffs, escalating concerns, and supporting team goals.

Handle end-to-end shipping insurance claims via phone, email, and live chat. Manage incoming claims, communicate with customers and carriers (UPS, FedEx), process documentation, research online, and support general customer inquiries while maintaining organized records.

Lead North American payroll operations (US, Puerto Rico, Canada) ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll delivery. Manage end-to-end payroll processes, controls, reconciliations, vendor relationships, and payroll systems. Build and coach a payroll team, deliver reporting and KPIs, drive automation/AI and digital transformation, and partner with HR, Finance, and IT on strategy, integrations, and compliance.
