Provide onsite and virtual training, coaching, and go-live support for healthcare clients implementing athenaNet. Facilitate mock go-lives, prepare training materials, guide users on best practices, support provider workflows, and manage client-specific training deliverables. The role requires strong communication, independent judgment, organization, frequent domestic travel—up to 90%—and the ability to manage unpredictable schedules and extended onsite assignments.

Manages a remote Sales Operations and Contracting team supporting client acquisition, onboarding, proposals, contracts, amendments, approvals, and order processing. Oversees shared queues, team performance, reporting, dashboards, and operational metrics while partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Onboarding, Finance, Legal, and Continuous Improvement. Leads process improvement, automation, change management, prioritization, escalation handling, and team development. Travel is required 20% annually.

Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for athenaOne, athenahealth’s flagship healthcare technology offering. Create portfolio messaging, sales collateral, customer stories, and commercial programs while coordinating with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. Analyze customer feedback, competitive intelligence, seller insights, and commercial performance to improve positioning and market execution. Maintain cohesive messaging across athenaOne products and support recurring release updates and performance reviews.
