Develop and serve production ML models (neural rankers, embeddings, rerankers) using PyTorch and Triton. Implement vector indexing and RAG/agentic retrieval pipelines, ensure observability and cost optimization, manage on-call/runbooks, and collaborate cross-functionally while mentoring junior engineers.
