Provides in-house legal support across commercial contracts, fintech regulatory matters, disputes, litigation, employment issues, M&A, privacy, governance, and cross-border transactions. Negotiates contracts, manages regulatory submissions and legal deadlines, advises internal teams and the risk committee, and coordinates outside counsel. Maintains and improves the Ivo contract and vendor database, develops contract reporting, aligns compliance workflows, and implements legal-process improvements.

Build and lead the risk management function for a regulated fintech, establishing enterprise risk frameworks, policies, controls, KRIs, risk assessments, incident management, and reporting. Monitor broker-dealer financial, liquidity, counterparty, and operational risks; develop controls for self-clearing and ATS businesses; support regulatory examinations and audits; maintain business continuity planning; and partner with finance, compliance, legal, operations, engineering, and senior leadership.

Own complex technical support requests from platform partners, triage production incidents, debug APIs, webhooks, and integrations, and resolve issues within SLAs. The role requires root-cause analysis, SQL and scripting, log and trace investigation, backend code reading, technical writing, and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Partnerships, and Customer Support. The engineer will also improve runbooks, tooling, documentation, and self-service resources as partner volume scales.
