Supports field sales and clinical adoption of cryo nerve block therapy in cardiothoracic operating rooms. Provides intraoperative guidance, operates pain management devices during procedures, trains surgical and OR staff, supports physicians, and follows up on patient outcomes. Requires a technical or scientific undergraduate degree or equivalent experience, strong communication skills, ability to obtain hospital credentials, and 40–60% travel. B2B or outside sales and operating room experience are preferred.

Drive adoption of AtriCure's Cryo Nerve Block Therapy across a designated territory by developing and executing strategic business plans, identifying new customers, expanding penetration in existing accounts, educating clinical stakeholders, coordinating procedural support and training, securing hospital access and administrative buy-in, and working with sales leadership to meet revenue objectives.

Coordinates regulatory review of marketing and clinical training materials for a temporary, part-time assignment. Responsibilities include triaging submissions, gathering information, routing materials to reviewers, tracking feedback and approvals in Excel, maintaining documentation, supporting review meetings and electronic signatures, and communicating follow-up actions. Requires strong organization, communication, data entry, and multitasking skills. Experience with administrative workflows, electronic signature platforms, regulated industries, or medical devices is preferred.
