Lead strategic ERP advisory and enterprise transformation engagements for mission-driven clients. Responsibilities include ERP readiness assessments, roadmaps, technology strategy, stakeholder workshops, executive advising, project delivery oversight, implementation planning, business development, proposal writing, and practice development. The role requires Workday or Oracle expertise, experience in Finance, HCM, or Student solutions, strong consulting and communication skills, and periodic travel.

Lead Oracle HCM ERP advisory and transformation engagements, including readiness assessments, strategic roadmaps, stakeholder workshops, implementation execution, product lifecycle management, backlog prioritization, testing, change management, and cutover. Build trusted client relationships, guide Oracle solution decisions, coordinate cross-functional delivery teams, and support proposals, business development, methodology development, and practice growth.

Lead Oracle Finance ERP advisory and transformation engagements, including readiness assessments, roadmaps, strategy, stakeholder alignment, implementation execution, product lifecycle management, and agile release processes. Manage functional delivery across design, data validation, testing, change management, and cutover. Advise clients on Oracle solutions, collaborate across complex program workstreams, build trusted relationships, and support proposals, business development, methodology development, and thought leadership.
