Forward Deployed Engineer responsible for integrating Aurelian’s platform with customers’ legacy systems, deploying and optimizing solutions at customer sites, troubleshooting real-world technical issues, and collaborating with internal teams and customer stakeholders. The role requires hands-on problem-solving, strong communication, customer partnership, and regular travel. Applicants must have already graduated and be available to start as soon as possible.

Owner of product outcomes for AI-enabled 911 tools: define roadmaps, talk with customers, design and ship frontend/backend features, iterate quickly, and visit dispatch centers to inform product decisions.

Build and ship software across Aurelian’s AI call-handling, dispatcher tools, analytics, and integrations. Engineers own product outcomes end to end by speaking with customers, identifying problems, defining roadmaps, prioritizing work, and iterating on solutions. The role involves full-stack development, customer visits to 911 dispatch centers, and close ownership of product decisions and delivery.

Work directly with the CEO as a trusted advisor to frame and resolve high-stakes company decisions. Conduct customer and market research, use data and first-principles reasoning to make tradeoffs, convert ambiguous problems into clear, executable direction, and drive outcomes across the company.

Own a product area end-to-end for multimodal conversational AI used in 911 centers. Define roadmap through customer and founder input, prototype with engineers, ship products, and coordinate across engineering, marketing, sales, and implementation to drive adoption and rollout.

Drive adoption of Aurelian's AI products at mid-market public safety agencies by prospecting, owning the full sales cycle, conducting demos, and closing deals typically in the $25K-$70K range. Maintain HubSpot, generate pipeline through cold outreach, learn the 9-1-1 space, and hit activity and meeting targets to advance and close opportunities.
