Own product outcomes end-to-end: talk to customers, define roadmaps, prioritize, and ship frontend/backend features across AI call handling, dispatcher tools, analytics, and integrations. Act as PM for your area, iterate quickly, visit dispatch centers to gather context, and deliver measurable product impact.

Own a product area end-to-end for multimodal conversational AI used in 911 centers. Define roadmap through customer and founder input, prototype with engineers, ship products, and coordinate across engineering, marketing, sales, and implementation to drive adoption and rollout.

Work directly with the CEO as a trusted advisor to frame and resolve high-stakes company decisions. Conduct customer and market research, use data and first-principles reasoning to make tradeoffs, convert ambiguous problems into clear, executable direction, and drive outcomes across the company.

Serve as the technical authority in the sales cycle for AVA and CORA: deliver tailored demos, lead technical discovery across CAD/NG9-1-1/telephony environments, answer technical questions, support AEs through close, travel extensively (60–80%), and represent Aurelian at public safety events.

The Strategic Sales rep will drive growth in public safety by implementing AI solutions for 9-1-1 centers, building relationships and managing complex sales cycles.
