Maintain HubSpot, generate pipeline through cold outreach, learn the 9-1-1 space, and hit activity and meeting targets to advance and close opportunities.

Design and build core backend systems for a realtime voice AI and automation platform. Improve reliability, scalability, and latency of audio/AI pipelines, drive engineering standards, perform code reviews, and build analytics and integrations for 911 centers.
