Owner of security posture and compliance program: run SOC 2 and CJIS alignment, harden Azure infrastructure, improve IAM/encryption/logging, automate evidence collection and controls, manage customer security questionnaires, and operationalize personnel security processes (background checks, training, access controls).

Design and scale core backend systems for a multimodal conversational AI platform, optimize realtime audio/AI pipelines for low latency, improve reliability and analytics, drive engineering standards and code quality.
