Own and evolve Aurora's IAM architecture across workforce, customer, and partner domains. Lead product selection and deployment (IGA, PAM, CIAM), define IAM policies and access models (RBAC/ABAC/PBAC), design federation/SSO, and provide architecture guidance for role engineering and SoD enforcement. Translate strategy into deployable, cloud-first solutions and documentation.

The role involves designing and maintaining scalable backend systems for the mapping storage and versioning system, working closely with customers and ensuring code quality.

Design, implement, and improve company-wide talent management and succession planning, career pathing, and targeted development programs. Own the end-to-end performance review cycle, educate managers, analyze performance data, and partner with People Technology to enhance HR systems and processes while integrating diversity and inclusion.
