Integrate hardware security, secure boot, cryptography, key management, and secure communications across vehicle compute, sensors, networks, and cloud telemetry. Partner with hardware, embedded software, safety, validation, suppliers, and Tier-1 organizations to align cybersecurity with functional safety and regulatory requirements.

Own end-to-end executive searches for Director-level and above roles, advising executives on organization design, role scope, market intelligence, compensation, and hiring strategy. Partner with People, Finance, and Talent Acquisition leaders on succession planning and workforce planning. Structure executive offers, lead confidential searches, mentor recruiters and sourcers, and improve recruiting practices through training and shared market insights.
