Own and evolve Aurora's IAM architecture across workforce, customer, and partner domains. Lead product selection and deployment (IGA, PAM, CIAM), define IAM policies and access models (RBAC/ABAC/PBAC), design federation/SSO, and provide architecture guidance for role engineering and SoD enforcement. Translate strategy into deployable, cloud-first solutions and documentation.

The role involves designing and maintaining scalable backend systems for the mapping storage and versioning system, working closely with customers and ensuring code quality.

The Staff Software Engineer will develop and validate Aurora's core Autonomy Framework, addressing performance and safety in self-driving technology while collaborating across teams to enhance platform efficiency.
