Designs, implements, and maintains cloud and on‑prem network infrastructure with IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation/Ansible), supports AWS environments, builds CI/CD pipelines, authors technical documentation, troubleshoots escalations, and collaborates with Cloud Architects and product teams in a remote Agile environment.

Manage moderate to complex healthcare EDI implementations, including planning, requirements, timelines, testing, issue resolution, documentation, and stakeholder coordination. Partner with payers, vendors, providers, internal technology teams, and customers to exchange HIPAA transactions through EDI, APIs, B2B, and web channels. Track projects in JIRA, Confluence, and Salesforce, support operational issues, maintain payer routing, and mentor junior analysts.

Manages strategic payer accounts as a technical liaison between customers and internal teams. Coordinates implementations, escalations, issue resolution, cross-functional resources, account planning, retention, upselling, competitive analysis, and SLA monitoring. Builds trusted customer relationships, translates technical issues into business impacts, supports re-contracting, tracks performance metrics, and identifies operational improvement opportunities. Some travel is required.
