Partners with art directors, copywriters, strategists, and clients to develop breakthrough work, apply clinical and competitive insights, manage multiple teams and workflows, and deliver projects on schedule and profitably. Mentors junior creatives, supports staffing and scope decisions, strengthens client relationships, and ensures copy, design, and UX align with strategic goals.

Owns brand strategy direction for major client accounts and portfolios, shaping positioning, messaging, narratives, and long-term brand growth. Advises senior clients on high-stakes decisions, partners with creative, medical, analytics, engagement, and account teams, resolves complex strategic challenges, and ensures effective execution. Leads and develops senior strategists while maintaining alignment with client and market needs.
