Own a portfolio of partner-led SMB and mid-market accounts from onboarding through renewal and growth. Build the partner customer journey, co-create success plans, train partner teams, drive product adoption, monitor account health, and establish recurring business reviews. The role manages both partner and end-client relationships, develops repeatable processes, and helps scale the partner channel.

Own Avante’s enterprise account-based demand generation strategy and pipeline. Define and prioritize target accounts, design personalized ABM plays, manage LinkedIn and paid search campaigns, support events and webinars, align with sales and partners, and measure account engagement, velocity, and pipeline. Build AI-powered automations for account research, signal monitoring, buying committee mapping, and campaign execution while remaining hands-on in an early-stage startup environment.

Lead Avante's finance and operations as the first in-house Head of Finance & Operations. Own FP&A, forecasting, financial systems, capital strategy, investor and board relations, controls, and cross-functional strategic decisions. Oversee people operations, legal/contracts, and business operations. Build the finance and ops team, decide insourcing vs. external partners, and use AI to model, analyze, and automate workflows to scale the company.
