Build and maintain Unity internal tools, platforms, CI/CD pipelines, testing infrastructure, dashboards, monitoring, and deployment workflows. The role involves troubleshooting pipeline issues, writing automated tests, gathering requirements from engineering and QA teams, documenting tools, and iterating based on user feedback. Work is performed with guidance from senior engineers while developing toward ownership of complete features.

Leads globally distributed software engineering teams responsible for Axon’s core cloud infrastructure platform. Defines technical strategy and architecture across infrastructure as code, compute, networking, observability, reliability, security, and developer experience. Partners with Product, Security, and engineering leaders to deliver scalable systems and customer outcomes. Oversees engineering managers and technical leads, develops talent, drives AI-native engineering practices, and builds a culture of accountability, learning, and high performance.

Build and operate cloud-native, production-grade Kubernetes platforms and tooling to improve reliability, operability, and developer experience. Develop IaC and CI/CD automation, use observability to debug distributed systems, document self-service workflows, and influence engineering teams on scalable architectural patterns. Scope and deliver platform projects with focus on security, cost efficiency, and service stability.
