Research, design, and validate multi-sensor fusion and multi-target tracking algorithms. Build probabilistic state-estimation frameworks for radar, RF, and optical sensors using Kalman/particle/Bayesian methods; run simulations and benchmarks; analyze real-world datasets; collaborate with engineers to productionize models for cloud/edge/embedded systems; document work and contribute IP; maintain currency with relevant research.

Lead research on agentic multimodal and video reasoning systems, advance computer vision and generative-AI techniques, design scalable privacy-preserving models, evaluate performance in real-world settings, build proof-of-concepts with engineers and product, publish and patent findings, and mentor junior scientists.

Design and develop firmware for AIoT products across SoCs, SoMs, and microcontrollers. Work on Embedded Linux/Android, RTOS, wireless (Wi‑Fi, BLE, Sub‑GHz, LTE/5G), power management, manufacturing provisioning, automated tests and board bring-up. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors, write design docs, adopt AI-assisted tooling, and mentor engineers to improve development practices and test/metrics-first engineering.
