Provides consultative sales and personalized banking services to small business and consumer clients. Builds lending pipelines, develops client and referral relationships, conducts outreach, opens and maintains accounts, supports loan applications, processes transactions, and ensures regulatory compliance. The role also resolves client issues, promotes digital banking and other financial products, facilitates internal referrals, and contributes to branch team training and coaching.

Analyze commercial clients’ credit and financial information, including statements, tax returns, cash flow, collateral, and repayment sources. Prepare credit approval packages, spreadsheets, summaries, and written analyses for loan decisions. Support new, renewed, and existing loan requests while ensuring compliance with internal policies, security requirements, and commercial lending regulations.

Closes and administers commercial real estate construction and permanent loans. Prepares loan and security documentation, reviews appraisals, validates construction costs, coordinates title, escrow, insurance, and funding statements, administers disbursements, maintains complete loan files, supports lien perfection and loan modifications, and ensures compliance with bank policies and regulations. Provides guidance and mentorship to newer team members.
