Serve as the welcoming face of a bank branch by delivering client service, processing transactions, balancing cash, opening and maintaining accounts, resolving issues, and recommending banking products. Build client relationships, identify referral opportunities, support lending applications, educate clients on digital banking, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

The role involves managing a portfolio of Middle Market clients through relationship development and tailored financial solutions, while ensuring credit quality and compliance. You'll engage deeply with clients, negotiate loan terms, and support community visibility efforts.

Analyze credit and financial information for commercial clients, including financial statements, tax returns, cash flow, collateral, and repayment sources. Prepare credit approval packages, spreadsheets, summaries, and written analyses to support loan decisions for new, renewed, and existing loan requests. Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.
