Create merchandise and studio-wide visual assets focused on mental health; design graphics for web, social, and print; follow brand guidelines and accessibility standards; collaborate with the creative team, incorporate feedback, and maintain organized project archives. Lead and coordinate multi-platform campaigns and production schedules, translate executive goals into operational plans, supervise department managers, manage budgets with the CFO, allocate resources, evaluate partnerships, develop workflows, resolve operational and personnel issues, and report progress to executives.
