The Senior Accountant ensures accurate and timely financial reporting for the Bardy Diagnostics Business Unit. Responsibilities include monthly close, general ledger reconciliation, internal controls, accounts payable operations, journal entries, fixed asset accounting, tax administration and filings, sales and use tax analysis, and resolving tax inquiries. The role is onsite in Bellevue, Washington, and requires strong accounting knowledge, analytical ability, organization, communication, and attention to detail.

Develops and executes downstream marketing strategies for Baxter’s digital health portfolio. Responsibilities include product launches, sales enablement, campaigns, customer engagement, content development, competitive analysis, voice-of-customer research, and translating complex healthcare technology concepts for diverse audiences. The role partners cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, Medical Affairs, R&D, Services, and regional teams to drive awareness, adoption, and commercial growth.

Supports accounts receivable and accounts payable activities, including collections, invoicing, payment processing, reconciliations, financial record maintenance, and month-end close. Coordinates office operations, facility services, vendors, supplies, front desk activities, and visitor support. The role requires strong organization, accuracy, communication, confidentiality, and proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Office, and accounting or ERP systems.
