Lead and develop multidisciplinary Electrical, Firmware, and Mechanical engineering teams to deliver regulated medical devices. Drive new product development and sustaining engineering, ensure design control compliance, collaborate cross-functionally (Software, Quality, Manufacturing, Systems), and build organizational capability through hiring, coaching, and process improvements focused on manufacturability, reliability, and regulatory requirements.

Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting for the business unit: complete monthly close, reconcile GL, lead AP operations, prepare journal entries, monitor fixed assets, manage state tax filings and research, and support ad hoc accounting projects.

Lead design and implementation of scalable test automation frameworks and test strategies. Partner with cross-functional teams to plan, estimate, and execute front-end, back-end, API, and exploratory testing. Drive V&V activities, defect tracking, root cause analysis, and maintain test plans, suites, and quality documentation to ensure compliance and traceability.
