Build and retain Influenster’s creator community through lifecycle campaigns, personalized member outreach, gifting programs, UGC pipelines, partnerships, and community guidelines. Analyze retention, churn, sentiment, and engagement data to improve member health and advocacy. Collaborate with acquisition, lifecycle, editorial, marketing, product, and support teams while translating member feedback into business insights.

Leads and scales Product Operations across a global Product and Engineering organization. Responsibilities include product launch readiness, knowledge management, roadmap governance, product lifecycle standardization, operational metrics, AI-driven workflow optimization, technology stack ownership, and cross-functional enablement. The role manages four Product Program Managers and the Product Knowledge team while improving product processes, feedback systems, documentation, and organizational efficiency.

Review and code large volumes of English and Spanish user-generated text, images, and videos according to client guidelines. Meet accuracy and productivity metrics, respond to feedback, attend coaching, perform quality assurance checks, and work independently in a remote queue environment. The role requires a semi-flexible 16-hour weekly schedule, with potential increases to 29 hours, including weekend availability.
