Accountable for end-to-end global operational delivery of clinical studies. Serves as primary global operational owner, leads cross-functional and regional teams, manages timelines, enrollment, quality, budgets, risk mitigation, regulatory submissions, TMF oversight, vendor management, and ensures ICH/GCP compliance and inspection readiness.

Lead global technology strategy for corporate enabling functions (HR, Legal, Communications, BD), drive AI and automation, ensure data governance and security, oversee enterprise platforms and vendor relationships, manage a global technology team, and partner with senior stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.

Lead and line-manage a team of Clinical Trial Management Associates, allocate resources to studies, drive process improvements, ensure operational excellence and compliance with ICH/GCP and SOPs, and support study teams with clinical operations tasks including eTMF, CTMS, EDC, and IRT activities.
