Lead global commercial strategy and launch readiness for two late-stage lung cancer assets. Mobilize and direct Global Brand Teams, align cross-functional stakeholders (R&D, Medical, Tech Ops, Regions), drive annual and long-range planning, translate clinical evidence into a global narrative, manage competitive strategy, and develop talent to achieve commercial launch and lifecycle growth objectives.

Lead end-to-end lifecycle management of Global Clinical Operations external systems (CTMS, eTMF, IRT, EDC, SSU). Oversee implementations, maintenance, security, vendor/SLA management, budgets, compliance (21 CFR Part 11, GAMP), data integrity, incident response, documentation, training, and cross-functional integration. Develop roadmaps, business cases, and governance while managing and developing a global systems team.

Lead Global Clinical Operations quality, compliance, and process excellence. Build and manage a team to implement GCP-compliant systems (including eTMF), SOPs, KPIs/KQIs, training, CAPA, and inspection preparedness. Partner with QA, Compliance, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive continuous improvement, vendor due diligence, and clinical trial oversight worldwide.
