Lead solution design, capture strategy, proposal content, demonstrations, presentations, and white papers while coordinating technical and domain experts. Translate client needs into feasible, innovative approaches involving Agile, human-centered design, DevSecOps, cloud architecture, APIs, data-intensive systems, and healthcare interoperability. Engage senior customers, lead cross-functional teams, and shape solutions aligned with client priorities and organizational strategy.

Develop and maintain full-stack features for CMS’s Unified Case Management system. Responsibilities include building Java and Spring Boot backend services, APIs, data models, Angular or React interfaces, database interactions, and automated tests using test-driven development. The engineer will optimize performance, scalability, security, and data integrity; collaborate on system design and integration; reduce technical debt; and support teammates in a remote-first environment.

Designs and maintains DevSecOps infrastructure for AWS-hosted microservices and APIs. Builds CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CDK, or CloudFormation. Develops monitoring, logging, and performance tools; supports security reviews, vulnerability management, and resilient systems. Requires strong AWS, EKS/Kubernetes, networking, scripting, programming, troubleshooting, Agile collaboration, and SRE skills.
