Own 15–20 enterprise accounts across onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion. Build executive and administrator relationships, develop success and account plans, monitor customer health, mitigate renewal risk, and drive measurable value. Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Support, and Alliances teams to represent customer needs, influence product direction, and create scalable customer success playbooks and executive business reviews.

The role combines people management, hiring, coaching, execution ownership, technical design reviews, production debugging, reliability, and delivery accountability.
