Supports Medicaid payment integrity, fraud, waste, and abuse prevention through claims analytics, audits, risk assessment, policy interpretation, dashboarding, and corrective action recommendations. Collaborates with program integrity, compliance, audit, IT, policy, operations, and vendor teams to identify improper payments, billing anomalies, recovery opportunities, and system improvements. Develops monitoring methodologies, review protocols, reports, training materials, and quality assurance processes while providing technical assistance and stakeholder coordination.

Lead consulting projects for state Health and Human Services agencies, including IT planning and procurement, systems implementation, IV&V, QA/testing, business process improvement, governance, and vendor oversight. Manage project teams, work plans, budgets, deliverables, risks, and executive communications. Facilitate stakeholder meetings, advise clients, mentor staff, and support business development. The role requires state HHS experience, PMP certification, technology expertise, strong communication skills, and up to 50% nationwide travel.

Support state government finance clients through ERP project management and independent verification and validation. Responsibilities include reviewing requirements and deliverables, assessing compliance, reporting findings, managing schedules and risks, preparing executive communications, facilitating meetings, and leading consultants. The role requires public-sector ERP finance experience, Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance expertise, requirements traceability, and user acceptance testing experience. The initial project is full-time in Jefferson City, Missouri, with future travel up to 50%.
