The Senior Product Marketing Manager owns platform messaging, leads product launches, collaborates on sales enablement, and conducts market research using AI tools to enhance performance and outcomes.

Build and maintain React-based micro front-ends and contribute to the frontend platform. Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product to implement accessible, responsive interfaces, optimize GraphQL data fetching, write unit/integration tests, participate in code reviews, and manage CI/CD pipelines using NX and CircleCI.

Investigate payment issues end-to-end, perform root-cause analysis, quantify revenue impact, produce written recommendations, partner with analytics, revenue, support, and carrier teams, and translate findings into prioritized product opportunities.
