Leads corporate and international tax compliance, reporting, tax provisions, deferred tax calculations, transfer pricing, audits, and cross-border tax planning. Advises management on tax law and strategy, maintains internal controls and documentation, collaborates with finance and legal teams, and drives tax reporting automation and process improvements across multiple jurisdictions.

Process accurate bi-weekly, multi-state payroll, including wage adjustments, bonuses, deductions, garnishments, and employee status changes. Answer payroll questions, maintain employee records, support onboarding, conduct deduction audits, collaborate with HR and Accounting, and identify process automation opportunities. The role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, customer service, and payroll compliance knowledge.

Analyzes web, customer, and campaign data to generate actionable digital marketing insights. Builds dashboards and presentations using Adobe Analytics, Power BI, or Tableau; evaluates site performance, media monetization, A/B tests, and web projects; supports tagging, reporting validation, and vendor implementations. The role partners with stakeholders and Agile teams, manages analytics priorities, and communicates findings to guide marketing strategy and business decisions.
