Own enterprise customer relationships after implementation, driving BigPanda platform adoption, measurable IT operations outcomes, renewals, and expansion. Lead technical customer sessions, health checks, executive reviews, adoption roadmaps, and value conversations. Partner with account teams on renewal risk, upsell opportunities, and technical proof-of-value engagements. Act as the customer’s internal advocate while guiding integrations, troubleshooting, and platform configuration.

Develops and presents financial and operational value cases for BigPanda customers and prospects. Translates technical use cases into measurable outcomes using customer data, financial modeling, and AI-enabled analysis. Partners with Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer teams, and Product to support growth, renewals, adoption, expansion, and value realization. Creates tools, methods, thought leadership, benchmarks, and case studies while presenting value to senior executive stakeholders.

Owns product launch and release readiness from early access through general availability, including go/no-go decisions, launch calendars, KPI reporting, and cross-functional coordination. Administers Linear and DevRev, builds AI-powered workflows and integrations, improves data quality, and automates manual processes across product, R&D, and go-to-market teams.
