Travel quarterly for customer meetings and events.

Lead end-to-end UX design for complex B2B SaaS and fintech products. Drive AI-native experiences, user research, data-informed design, design systems, cross-functional collaboration, and mentor junior designers while ensuring high-quality handoffs to engineering.

The role involves managing corporate accounts, driving upsell opportunities, delivering product presentations, and collaborating across teams to ensure customer satisfaction and growth.
