Lead design and delivery of clinical trial operational strategy, chair Study Management Teams, manage CRO partners to ensure on-time, on-budget, and compliant execution across trial phases, drive risk mitigation and cross-study synergies, and establish efficient team operations to support patient-focused drug development.

Provide country-level clinical operational and scientific leadership to support global study execution. Liaise with investigators, CROs, sites, and internal teams; oversee sponsor oversight activities, audits, and inspections; drive site selection and monitoring; resolve local challenges; and align country strategy with global programs while promoting quality, patient safety, and operational excellence.

Support the Country and Site Lead by providing local operational and scientific expertise to inform clinical development strategy. Act as single point of contact for CROs, affiliates, and global teams; drive site engagement, monitor country performance (KPIs), support site selection, resolve investigator/site issues, and oversee sponsor oversight activities. Field-based role with heavy travel to enable trial delivery and quality.
