Build and optimize BizzyCar’s full-stack platform using Ruby on Rails APIs and Angular. Own features end to end, diagnose issues across UI, APIs, and data, guide architecture, mentor engineers, improve testing standards, and support multiple product domains including recalls, AI, and service systems.

Own the full lifecycle of strategic national enterprise accounts with a focus on retention, renewals, and expansion. Build multi-threaded relationships, execute account plans and QBRs, prospect and close new rooftops, manage renewals and forecasts in CRM, coordinate cross-functional support, and meet revenue, renewal, and expansion quotas while traveling approximately 50%.

Lead technical onboarding for new customers: run kickoff calls, configure integrations (DMS and schedulers), process historical data, troubleshoot scheduling issues, run tests, launch rooftops, document setups, and hand off to Customer Success within a few days to three weeks.
