Lead and operate Black Spectacles' end-to-end talent acquisition system: personally source, screen, evaluate, and close senior and specialized hires; build candidate pipelines and talent benches; enforce and improve structured, evidence-based hiring processes; advance AI-enabled recruiting workflows; hold hiring managers accountable; and reduce CEO involvement over time.

Manage and grow B2C subscriber relationships through inbound/outbound engagement, upsells, cancellation saves, and limited customer service. Partner with sales and engineering to clean HubSpot data, track account health metrics, maintain CRM records, and develop playbooks to scale retention and revenue.
