Lead end-to-end enterprise implementations from contract to go-live, coordinating stakeholders, project plans, technical integrations (SSO, APIs, data flows), and documentation. Manage timelines, unblock cross-functional teams, create training/runbooks, maintain the implementation playbook, and hand off context to Customer Success for ongoing account management.

Serve as the technical and domain lead for enterprise pre-sales: run discovery, build tailored demos, support evaluations, respond to RFPs/security questionnaires, create reusable sales assets, and feed customer insights to Product and Marketing. Help build the Sales Engineering function and partner closely with AEs and leadership across regulated industries.
