Own escalated IT support beyond Tier 1 while delivering Helpdesk projects from planning through completion. Responsibilities include troubleshooting macOS, Windows, endpoint, identity, and networking issues; identifying recurring ticket patterns; building AI-assisted and automated resolutions; managing tooling, fleet, and identity initiatives; documenting durable solutions; and collaborating with distributed teams. The role requires independent research, hypothesis testing, strong communication, and hands-on experience with modern endpoint, identity, and ITSM platforms.

Lead the technical accounting function by researching complex US GAAP matters, documenting accounting conclusions, managing auditor relationships, designing SOX controls, monitoring FASB and SEC changes, and overseeing technical accounting close activities and disclosures. Partner with Finance, Accounting, Legal, and other stakeholders, develop scalable accounting frameworks and training, improve workflows, and support AI initiatives and process automation.

Own a customized enterprise client build as product owner while advising clients on solution design, requirements, feasibility, and implementation. Lead discovery, backlog management, sprint execution, and collaboration with engineering and product teams. Translate client feedback into repeatable scoping processes, product strategy, packaging, and pricing decisions. The role requires technical product expertise, client-facing communication, mortgage or fintech knowledge, and travel to client sites as needed.

Manage value realization, adoption, customer health, and strategic growth for large lending-industry customers. Lead business reviews using performance benchmarks, develop account and enablement plans, guide adoption of AI agents, coordinate internal teams, manage recovery plans, and identify expansion opportunities. Serve as an executive advisor across mortgage, home equity, and consumer lending operations.

Build and maintain Blend’s scalable cloud banking platform across the full stack. Develop accessible front-end interfaces and resilient back-end services, use AI coding agents throughout the software lifecycle, review and harden AI-generated code, collaborate with product and design teams, troubleshoot defects, participate in code reviews and on-call rotation, and propose end-to-end engineering initiatives.

Own Autopilot, Blend’s AI agent product for mortgage and lending operations, as a business and product roadmap. Prioritize capabilities, define evaluation and quality frameworks, establish pricing and packaging, productize customer-specific solutions, and measure business impact. Partner with AI engineering, forward-deployed teams, customers, and go-to-market leaders to drive adoption, ensure compliance and auditability, and translate production learnings into scalable offerings.

Owns strategic relationships with major banks and credit unions, driving account expansion, renewals, retention, executive alignment, and revenue growth. Develops account strategies, leads QBRs, manages C-level relationships, identifies cross-sell and upsell opportunities, coordinates internal teams, oversees services spend, handles escalations, and maintains CRM reporting. Requires enterprise SaaS or fintech account management experience, preferably selling lending or digital banking solutions to large financial institutions.

Build and operate scalable Kubernetes (EKS) infrastructure, develop Terraform infrastructure-as-code, maintain internal developer platform and tooling, support automation, security, and performance, and participate in 24x7 on-call rotations and incident escalation.
