The Director of Client Relations will lead business expansion and client engagement strategies for Blink UX, specifically for Amazon, focusing on sales and relationship management.

Lead full‑cycle recruiting for embedded UX research and design roles, partner closely with clients from intake through offer/negotiation, build diverse talent pipelines, maintain ATS records (Lever), advise on market and compensation, and collaborate with business development to scope and grow embedded staffing engagements.

Lead end-to-end product and feature design for web applications, driving systems-level patterns, accessibility, and role-based/secure experiences. Partner with product and engineering, maintain design systems, hand off production-ready assets, iterate from research and analytics, and mentor designers to improve processes and quality.

Lead conversation strategy and design for AI-driven chatbots and virtual assistants. Define voice, tone, and scalable frameworks; design dialogue flows; use research and analytics to optimize experiences; mentor designers and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver inclusive, accessible conversational products.

Design end-to-end conversational experiences for chatbots, virtual assistants, and AI support systems. Translate requirements into dialogue models, craft conversational content, prototype flows, run usability testing, analyze performance, and ensure accessibility and brand alignment while collaborating with product, engineering, and research teams.
