Leads client-facing UX research, strategy, and design engagements from planning through closure. Responsibilities include developing project plans, managing schedules, budgets, resources, risks, scope, and quality; maintaining client relationships; communicating status and recommendations; removing roadblocks; coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors; supporting project prioritization; and ensuring governance compliance.

Design end-to-end conversational experiences for chatbots, virtual assistants, and AI systems. Translate business and user needs into dialogue models, craft brand-aligned conversational content, build wireflows and prototypes, collaborate with product, engineering, and research, run usability testing and analytics-driven iteration, and ensure accessibility and inclusivity in conversational interfaces.
