Guide SMB and mid-market sellers through Square onboarding, implementation, training, and activation. Manage 20–30 concurrent engagements, track milestones, resolve blockers, coordinate with sales and product teams, and ensure timely go-live. Maintain product expertise, communicate proactively with customers, improve onboarding processes, and use AI to enhance seller experiences and internal workflows.

Lead technically complex card payments projects from design through production while writing and operating highly reliable financial systems. Analyze ISO 8583 messages, network mandates, routing, authorization, clearing, settlement, and processing costs. Build production code, testing and certification tooling, shared frameworks, and operational capabilities. Provide technical direction, mentor engineers, participate in design reviews and incident response, and establish safe patterns for AI-assisted engineering on critical payment systems.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle for Block’s commerce and payments portfolio, from prospecting and account strategy through negotiation, launch, and expansion. Build executive relationships with global brands, develop commercial strategies, negotiate complex agreements, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver revenue targets. The role requires expertise in enterprise sales, payments or digital commerce, long sales cycles, financial analysis, executive presentations, forecasting, and strategic partnerships.
