Develops and executes workforce and talent strategies while partnering with senior leaders on organizational effectiveness, succession planning, leadership development, employee relations, compensation, engagement, change management, and staffing. Analyzes HR data and benchmarks, advises leaders, manages HR processes, supports organizational transformation, and ensures compliance. The role requires regional travel, occasional after-hours work, and support for a 24/7 healthcare-related nonprofit.
