Lead technical onboarding and data migrations for new clients, mentor the implementations team, design and automate ETL and reconciliation processes, manage system setup and go-live readiness, serve as primary technical escalation, coordinate cross-functional dependencies, and maintain implementation documentation and runbooks.

Provide Tier 1 support for credit union clients using core banking platforms. Diagnose and resolve member data, transaction, account maintenance, and configuration issues; log and escalate tickets; assist with installs and updates; maintain documentation and knowledge base; deliver user training and excellent client service.

Lead technical support for card operations, troubleshooting authorization, clearing, settlement, disputes, tokenization, and ISO 8583 message flows. Manage escalations, lead Sev-1/Sev-2 incident response, author RCAs, mentor support staff, maintain runbooks, and coordinate fixes with Engineering, Product, Risk, and Network Operations to improve service reliability and meet SLAs.
