Designs cloud and enterprise IT solutions for prospective customers, conducts product demonstrations, develops technical proposals and statements of work, creates quotes, advises customers during sales, and supports transition into onboarding. The role requires strong cloud, networking, communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills, with experience across Microsoft 365, Azure, Google Cloud, and AWS.

Leads technical presales engagements for complex enterprise networking and network security solutions. Conducts client discovery, assesses environments, designs multi-domain architectures, develops cost models and proposals, supports RFPs, presents solutions, and coordinates handoffs to delivery. Serves as a senior advisor across Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, and Fortinet platforms, while mentoring architects and collaborating with sales, engineering, vendors, and delivery teams.

Drive new business and expand existing accounts by selling Blue Mantis solutions (Managed Services, Professional Services, Product Solutions, ServiceNow). Meet sales targets, develop territory/account plans, manage pipelines and forecasts, collaborate with technical teams and partners, prepare proposals and presentations, and ensure customer satisfaction and contractual fulfillment.
